Under the terms of a Standard Contract Lift, the crane, operator and all personnel supplied with our cranes are the responsibility of Crane & Access Ltd. We are responsible for all aspects of the planning and execution of the lift and will have the following insurance cover:
(l) Loss of, or damage to, plant caused solely by the owner's negligence whilst performing the lifting contract.
(ll) Loss or damage to other property caused solely by the owner's negligence whilst performing the lifting contract.
Under Contract Lift terms and conditions, the customer remains responsible for providing accurate information relating to the lift and must have Public Liability insurance cover.
Specifying the correct contract will improve safety and ensure that the correct system of work is adopted.
We can provide the expertise, equipment and qualified personnel required to fulfil a lift contract from start to finish.
